Devotion

Devotion

I received this book in exchange for an honest review via NetGalley and the publisher.

Not my cup of tea. That’s what I was thinking the 20 pages I read. I just didn’t like Kellen, neither her husband. During the first page or so, I already saw this wasn’t going to be for me.

I hated how her husband just, like said he wasn’t tied down because they didn’t have children. Are you kidding me? That’s one of the reasons I was just facepalming, like a lot.

I was even excited to put away this arc and mark it as this. That’s what I actually thought of the book. I was so excited, in the morning, not because I finished a book, rather I did not finish.

Ugh, I’m glad this is over. I won’t be giving this book another chance, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you’re into these “types” of books.
