I received this book in exchange for an honest review from the publisher via NetGalley.
I just finished this book. 2 minutes ago. I’m in tears, my makeup is ruined, and I’m crying like a little baby.
Yes, it was that good. God, I can’t believe it.
If you didn’t know what this book was about, it’s about a young teenaged girl, who wants to be a ballerina. Well, of course, she was in a school of arts for dancing. All until her father crashed a car with her in it. It was supposedly an accident. Her mother won’t stop drinking, and all other complications come to this plot. Natalya (the girl) can’t stop blaming herself for the car crash that killed her father. However, then, she meets a soccer player at her new school and falls in love with him.
Can we just say, how amazed I am by this book? This book was beautiful. It gave my heart hope, hope for these characters and their lives. I fell in love with these characters that Novodazkij made, and you could just see the passion, each little flaw, each positive, everything, has been put into thought. And those are the kind of stories the world needs. This book is heartfelt and beautiful.
